MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – February 6, 2012 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present:
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
Public Safety Complex and DPW budget ($2,000,000) was discussed calculated a Contingency fund of $4,465. Additional IT expenses and the construction of a storage closet for the Emergency Management Department will be expended from the $4,465.
Custom cabinets and counter tops will be expended from the $50,000 appropriation leaving approximately a balance of $6,060.69 in the account.
